Whether it be a leaky pipe, a broken refrigerator or HVAC issues, Present Financial will answer the call to service within 24 hours, notify the owners and tenants of our proposed approach, and execute to completion in a swift and logical fashion. For more serious problems, we also maintain a 24-hour emergency hotline that provides around-the-clock support.
While it's common practice in property management to up-charge investors anywhere from 10% to 25% of the invoice price, Present Financial believes maintenance is a core function of property management and it should not be treated as a profit center. No markups on maintenance, ever.
