Repairs and Maintenance

While it's common practice in property management to up-charge clients anywhere from 10% to 25% of the invoice price, Present Financial believes maintenance is a core function of property management. It should not be treated as a profit center.  That's why we charge no markups on maintenance, ever.

Flat Fee Management

Property management is a service. While every property is unique, the rent shouldn't determine your management rate. At Present Financial Property Management we keep things simple. You pay one flat monthly management fee - regardless of the size, location or value of your property.

Reporting and Communication

If you have ever worked with another property management company, you understand the struggles of poor communication. You shouldn’t have to manage your property manager.  We believe in swift and straightforward dialogue delivered in the format you prefer: email, phone or text.
